Well, this morning, after geting 10 hours of sleep!!!, I hopped on my Creative Work Hour group and started. tiny painting, by the end of the first hour the painting was done and editing to make it a short started. By the end of the bonus hour I had the edit into a short done, music added, and was posting it to YouTube! All before Aldo 🐶 demanded his morning walk. Y’all we went to see The Cursed Child last night and it was AMAZING! Probably confusing if you’re not familiar with Harry Potter world but the production value was the best I’ve ever seen on stage. Completely blown away! Highly recommend - but watch some YouTube videos to refresh or catch you up on what you need to know cause it’s a lot a lot

Had my first tintype portrait taken! Recorded the adventure thanks to Marielou Mandl’s encouragement. Wanted to share the fun pic here. Especially since Gretchen Shepherd would probably appreciate it!
The last doodle is done. I have completed the #everydayadoodle challenge, painting a small watercolor doodle everyday in February. I did the painting part of the challenge to work on something I enjoy and find relaxing but know very little about and want to improve. But I knew I was going for low hanging fruit, so I added an individual challenge on top of it - record each day I painted and turn each recording into a short and post it on YouTube on the same day. I am happy to say I also met this challenge and increased my turn around time (record to edit to post) significantly throughout the month. And I even managed to make a new playlist and put them all in one place!
Thanks to everyone in VCC for all the encouragement and allowing me to pat myself on the back. An extra big thanks especially to Marielou Mandl for her gentle but defined method of accountability.🍎 Now onto the next challenge :)
