Hey VCC 👋

I've been sitting on this framework for a while — using it myself, testing it with different creator types, making sure it actually worked before I taught it. As with everything - take what serves you and leave the rest <3

It's called the 4x4 Personal Brand Framework and the premise is simple: most of us know our topic. Very few of us know our brand. And that gap is why content that should be building something feels like it's just filling a feed.

The framework gives you four content pillars and four video angles. You fill out one map — 16 cells, one sitting — and walk away knowing exactly where your brand is strongest, where it's thin, and what to make next.

I filmed it as a Skillshare class, which means it's tight, structured, and comes with a downloadable worksheet. It's now in your library.

What I think you'll find most useful isn't the framework itself — it's what the blank cells tell you. The places where you couldn't think of anything? Maybe we need to rethink that pillar or angle.

Go fill it out. Come back and tell me what you found.

The 4x4 Personal Brand Framework is in your library now.
